To learn more about enrolling your scholar, complete the Pre-enrollment form (printable version or computer fillable version) to the best of your capabilities and send it to our Enrollment Coordinator at lisa.xiong [at] nmaedu [dot] org, or mail/drop it off at New Millennium Academy, 5105 Brooklyn Blvd. Brooklyn Center, MN 55429. Someone will contact you and schedule an appointment to go over the enrollment process.
