During every few years, organizations reassess their overall strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and external factors. This process is often called “strategic planning:” where the entire organization undergoes an evaluation for improvement and/or to reroute resources/services.

During the summer of 2021, New Millennium Academy’s leadership team underwent the strategic planning process and assessed our constituent’s needs (scholars, families, and staff members). Throughout the strategic planning process, we have deliberately added an additional impact area, Programs and Services. In total, we now have 4 impact areas.
